This bestselling, family shampoo for normal hair is rich in soothing organic Aloe Vera and is extremely gentle on sensitive scalps.

With no harsh foaming agents or scalp-irritating alcohol (ethanol), the gentle organic formula nourishes from top to toe. Made with just 10 ingredients, including mild but deeply cleaning foaming agents derived Coconut and Corn, it leaves skin and hair feeling soft and clean.

Made without synthetic scents, instead, a light Lavender aroma prolongs that ‘just washed’ feeling.

Pair it with its perfect partner, Daily Aloe Conditioner, for soft and silky hair every day. Good for all the family.

Housed in a 'sugar cane' plastic squeezy tube, for easy household recycling.

A mother's unconditional love

It has been over 25 years since Charlotte Vøhtz founded Green People as part of her quest to help others embrace a truly organic lifestyle.
Charlotte’s determination ignited her sense of purpose to create truly organic skincare. Her journey began when her young daughter Alexandra, then just a toddler, was battling multiple skin allergies and eczema. She searched the high street for natural products that would be gentle on Alexandra’s sensitive skin but found that many so-called natural skin care brands used almost entirely synthetic ingredients. It transpired that most so called ‘natural’ skincare products contained less than 1% natural ingredients

Founding Green People after seeing these misleading claims made by other beauty brands, Charlotte then went on to help introduce regulation in the skincare industry and since 1994, Charlotte knocked on the doors of the Soil Association, the leading UK organisation for organic food certification, to encourage them to form the world’s first standards for organic health and beauty products.
